Staff name: Kody Reason: Abusing his powers|False banning| Disrespect towards a player Backstory: While i was playing i thought kody was okay as an admin he did some events but when i tried to do stuff as resistance kody would commonly use his admin ecm and go to me and yell at me for whatever reason. After a bit i tried assaulting the reich (when he called himself hitler but on the server hitler was overthrown by the military so wtf) and he goes into noclip and kills me instead of properly telling me what he was doing or taking me to a sit.After this incidient me and a nsdap member were talking and he told him to move away and then he fired a rocket launcher at me while in noclip and then afterwards hurled insults at me. Afterwards me and someone else were talking and as such i didnt expect much out of it since we were goofing about and then Kody decided to spy on me (funny how he looks away from players making subways which are inaccurate for the time frame) then calls my in character two assassinations as "rdm" even though they had perfectly legitimate reasoning to them. I was then banned because i was Minge|Rdm 2x|Assuming co-owner Yeah i decided to copy it to put in his own words because why not. As you can clearly see he abused his own power and he should have some form of punishment put onto him for this.
